The plug looks upside down — is it faulty?
No. The plug rotates. Press the small button on the front and it turns a quarter-turn at a time, so it sits upright in sideways or upside-down power points. They often arrive set for an upside-down point, so two quarter-turns usually fixes it.
Which bulb does it take?
Most Minis take a 15W bulb and a few take 10W — each product page lists its Bulb Type. Replacement bulbs come in clear and in colours.
How much wax?
One cube is plenty for a small room. The number on the bottom of the dish tells you the most it holds.
