Which bulb does my warmer need?
Most Standard Warmers take a 25W bulb and a good number take 20W. Each warmer’s page lists its Bulb Type, and the bulb guide explains the rest. Element Warmers don’t use a bulb.
How many cubes go in?
One cube for a gentle fragrance, two or three to fill a room. The number on the bottom of the dish is how many it comfortably holds.
Is a wax warmer the same as a wax burner?
People often call them burners, but a Scentsy warmer is electric and flameless — the wax is warmed, never burned. Here’s the difference.
What if the dish breaks?
Many warmers have a replacement dish listed under the warmer’s name, so a chipped dish doesn’t mean a new warmer.
