When you shop Scentsy Club for yourself or refer friends and family who then order from Scentsy Club, you’ll earn points you can use toward future orders in Club or anywhere on your Consultant’s Personal Website — including warmers, diffusers, Scentsy Buddies and more!
You can earn points in two ways:
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in Scentsy Club.*
Earn 2 points for every $1 your referred members spend in Scentsy Club.*
Earn 25 points, get $1 off
Earn 500 points, get $20 off
Earn 1,000 points, get $40 off
And so on!

To start earning points on your referrals, log into your Scentsy Club account and go to the Rewards and Referrals tab to find your unique referral link to send to friends and family members, directing them to your Consultant’s Personal Website to set up their own club subscription.

Then, for every 25 points you earn, you can apply your points to get $1 off future Scentsy Club orders or any non-Scentsy Club order on your Consultant’s Personal Website.

*Terms and conditions apply. Points may not be used for licenced products in a non-Scentsy Club order. You will not accrue points from GST on your total amount spent For more information, please see the Scentsy Club FAQ.

Scentsy Club is a subscription program that lets you schedule recurring shipments of your favourite Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) to be delivered directly to you! Scentsy Club also offers exclusive perks available only to subscribers.
Nothing! There are no fees to join the Scentsy Club subscription program, and there are no minimum or maximum purchase requirements. You pay only for the products you order, plus any applicable tax and shipping charge.
  • All club orders of $56 or more receive a 10% discount.
  • All club orders of $112 or more receive a 10% discount and are eligible for the customer to add an additional Scentsy Club product (including Whiff Box!) at half price.* The $112 minimum is based on the full retail price, before the 10% discount is applied.
  • Subscribers earn points for discounts through the Scentsy Club rewards and referrals programme.
Eligible products include all Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) available in your country — even light bulbs and consumable licensed products! To see a full list of what’s included, click “Build a Subscription” on this page to explore. Please note: Products may vary from month to month.
Non-consumable items (warmers, diffusers, Scentsy Buddies, etc.), offered as limited-time offerings, and products available in Clearance or during flash sales, are not eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions.
Scentsy Club rewards and referrals is a new programme to reward our most loyal customers. You earn points on your own subscription, and earn even more points when you refer friends and family members and they make a Scentsy Club purchase. Points can be redeemed for discounts on your Scentsy Club subscription or on non-Scentsy Club orders from your Consultant’s Personal Website.

Unless otherwise noted, rewards and referrals points may be redeemed at a 25:1 ratio:

  • 25 points = $1 discount
  • 100 points = $4 discount
  • 500 points = $20 discount
  • And so on
Rewards and referrals points are processed and added to your Scentsy Club account at the beginning of each month.
Rewards and referrals points expire after 180 days. Scentsy will email you 30 days prior to any of your points expiring, so you don’t forget to use them!
You can automatically apply your rewards and referrals points to future Scentsy Club shipments, or you can apply them to a non-Scentsy Club order through the Rewards and Referrals tab of your Scentsy Club account. If placing a non-Scentsy Club order through your Consultant’s Personal Website, you can also redeem points at checkout. On the Review & Pay page, there is a prompt to “Redeem Scentsy Club points” after entering your payment information. You can then indicate how many points you would like to apply to the order, not to exceed a discount of 50%. Rewards and referrals points may not be used to purchase licenced products.
You are able to redeem rewards and referrals points on all Scentsy Club orders. You are not able to redeem points on licenced or charitable cause products in a non-Scentsy Club order. You can use your points to discount orders up to 50%, but you cannot pay for an item entirely with points. Points may not be applied toward shipping charges.
You may only redeem rewards and referrals points with the Consultant that your Scentsy Club subscription is associated with.
To refer friends and family — and ensure they are recognised in your referral network, so you can earn points! — you will need to send them your unique referral link. To find your link, log in to your Scentsy Club account and navigate to the Rewards and Referrals tab. Copy the link and paste it into the messaging app of your choice or share via one of the methods provided. You must first agree to the terms and conditions to gain access to your unique referral link. Share this link as many times as you like!
If you cancel your Scentsy Club subscription, you will still be able to redeem any rewards and referrals points you previously earned on your Club account. However, you will no longer earn new rewards and referrals points, and you will lose your referral network of customers. If you create a new Scentsy Club subscription, you will not get your referral network back.
All orders of at least $56 (whether in a 10% off month or not) are 10% off every day. If your order is less than $56 during a 10% month, you will receive the 10% discount for your order. If your order is more than $56, you will not receive an additional discount during a 10% off month.
Once your subscription total reaches $56 (product retail amount), you automatically will receive a 10% discount for that subscription. This discount will remain as long as you have at least $56 worth of Scentsy Club products in your subscription. The 10% discount does not include or cover sales tax. You will not receive an additional 10% during transition months.
Once your subscription total reaches $112 (product retail amount), you qualify to add an additional product at half-price. This half-price item will remain as long as you have at least $112 worth of Scentsy Club products in your subscription. If the Scentsy Club product retail amount falls below $112, the half-price item will be automatically removed. Recurring half-price items may be changed or edited. Half-price item must be redeemed on your current shipment. If you don’t redeem it, the half-price reward is lost. You will not be charged if the half-price item reward is not used. Licensed products are not eligible to redeem as half-price items in Scentsy Club.

If you merge multiple subscriptions that each include a half-price item, you will need to select just one of the half-price items to continue for your merged subscription.
Yes! Here's a list:

Scent of the Month
Add Scent of the Month Scentsy Bars to your subscription to get a different fragrance each month.
Wax Collections
Add individual Scentsy Bars from wax collections within 30 days of the collection’s launch date, or as long as the bars are still available to purchase (whichever is longer).
Whiff Box
Add a Whiff Box to your Scentsy Club subscription for a surprise assortment of trending and seasonal products each month.

  • Choose how often you want your subscription to ship: every month, two months or three months.
  • Browse through all the eligible Scentsy Club products and add products to your subscription.
  • Proceed to checkout by logging in or creating an account.
  • Set up your recurring payment.
  • Enjoy your Scentsy Club subscription!
Scentsy does not merge Scentsy Club subscriptions if subscribers have more than one account.
Yes, if the bar is a currently available fragrance, it may be removed and added back at any time.
Scentsy will email the subscriber to let them know they need to update their payment information.
If your payment method, such as a credit card, is declined, we will email you after each processing attempt. We will try to process the order two more times (24 hours apart). Once you update your billing information and the payment is processed successfully, the order will ship immediately. If your payment method is declined three consecutive times, Scentsy Club will skip the shipment and it will count as a skip.

Yes. If you have multiple shipment frequencies and change the processing date on one, all your shipment frequencies will convert to the new processing date.

Yes. You can skip any currently available product or shipment as many times as you’d like. You’ll need to edit your subscription 10 days prior to processing, or you can cancel your entire order shipment any time prior to the process-for-shipping date. Please note: Shipments containing a discontinued Scentsy Bar may only be skipped once in a 12-month period. Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from your subscription. Cancelling an entire order also counts as a skip.

You can reduce your shipping costs by merging multiple subscription shipping frequencies into the same shipping frequency, as long as it all takes places within the same Scentsy Club subscription account.
