Contact Us

We are Scentsy Consultants. If you are trying to contact Head Office, please email support.au@scentsy.com . We will not respond to enquiries for Head Office or relating to other Scentsy consultants.

On the bottom of the confirmation email it will list the consultant you purchased from. For us to respond it must say either Evanescents or Jo Andreacchio's Online Store. If it has another consultants name there, you'll need to contact them directly. We cannot assist with orders placed with another consultant. WE WILL NOT REPLY IF THE ORDER WAS NOT PLACED WITH US.
